Dr. Martha Rumore, Esq.

Dr. Martha Rumore is a nationally recognized pharmacist-attorney and registered patent attorney with over two decades of experience in FDA, DEA, Board of Pharmacy, and pharmaceutical intellectual property matters. She holds a Pharm.D. from St. John's University, a J.D. from CUNY School of Law, and an LLM in Intellectual Property from Cardozo School of Law. Before joining Health Law Alliance, she served as Senior Counsel at a Manhattan firm focusing on FDA regulatory, DEA enforcement, and Board of Pharmacy compliance. A Fellow of the American Pharmacists Association with over 200 publications and presentations, she is a frequent national lecturer on FDA and pharmacy law.
