Diana Yastrovskaya represents a wide array of clients in regulatory matters and litigation, with a specialization in defending companies and individuals in healthcare-related criminal, civil and administrative proceedings. These complex matters include cases brought in jurisdictions across the country by the Department of Justice, State Attorneys General, the Department of Health and Human Services-OIG, Drug Enforcement Administration, Medicaid Fraud Control Units, and Licensing Boards. Diana is fluent in Russian and has been acclaimed as a “Rising Star” by industry publications.
Prior to joining the Health Law Alliance, Diana worked for a New York healthcare law firm, where she advised entities throughout the healthcare delivery supply chain, including health systems, IDNs, laboratories, MSOs, pharmacies, physicians, sales and marketing representatives, and other individuals and private equity investors associated with these clients. Diana formerly worked in products liability, with particular focus on the regulatory aspects of the healthcare industry, including pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
Diana earned her Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, magna cum laude, where she was an editor for the Cardozo Law Review. Diana graduated from Pace University, cum laude, with a B.S. in Biology and Chemistry minor. Her personal interests include tennis, kickboxing, and spending time with her rescue dog, Sawyer Ford.
